Natasha was born and raised in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. She was hired with the Nunavut Impact Review Board in March 2012 and has worked for the NIRB for six years. Natasha can speak basic Inuinnaqtun and has learned from listening to conversations by her grandmother, mother and her mother’s siblings. In April 2018 she was promoted to the Manager, Technical Administration and is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of the online and hardcopy public registries associated with NIRB’s assessments, her position also oversees the incoming and outgoing communications of the Technical Services department. Natasha brings her experience from working as an Environmental Administrator before accepting the role as manager, she has fifteen years administration experience working in various organizations within the community. Natasha’s hobbies include sewing, cooking, fishing and camping, other interests include playing darts in the local dart league. She is married to Keith, both of whom are proud parents of four children and three grandchildren. Natasha comes from a huge family which consists of a grandmother, Polly Neglak who is 90 years young, a loving mother, Margo Neglak, eleven aunts and many, many cousins.
